Ori Iron Industries was founded in 2012 through the merger of Sanin Metal and ORISCM .
Sanin Metal ,whose main business is wholesale and retail of steel products,was founded in August 1987 by Mr Chow,. after the years effort, Sanin Metal has established a strong team in steel services and been focus on the whole steel supply chain management with processing, distribution and quality control. At the time of the merger with ORISCM, Sanin Metal was the second largest steel services supplier in shanghai.
ORISCM is the successor to Sunjian Industry and Trade, an enterprise originally set up in 1995 by Mr Dehn.It has achieved rapid growth since 1993 because of the successful combining strategy with talent consolidation. Since setting up operations in Shanghai in 1993, some of its major talent consolidations are Rongzhou Trade in 1998, Konlit International in 2001,Wangdun Material in 2004, and R.Jane Dehn from Mincan Steel integrated the whole team into ORISCM in 2009.
In 2012 the newly merged ORIII continued to pursue a talent strategy and improve the services in iron industries. Their business model is simple: take care of your customers and employees and they will take care of you. This simple, but powerful motto resonates strongly throughout the company today.
